This twelve (12) hour virtual course will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and resources to help make your dream of home ownership a reality. Course instruction includes personal finance and budgeting, credit and collections, mortgage financing options, buyer disclosure requirements, down-payment assistance programs, conducting a housing search, negotiating with sellers, home inspections, contract essentials, home appraisals and assessments, property surveys, title options, insurance, common interest communities, and settlement.

The course consists of four (4) modules via interactive Video-Conference. Classes will be held each Saturday from 9am to 12pm on September 12th, 19th, 26th, and October 3rd. You must attend all 4 modules to receive certification.

You will need a PC, Laptop, or Tablet to access this course, along with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel.

NOTE: This course is NOT for real estate professionals.
