You don't have to have perfect credit to buy a home. This class will show you how you can purchase a home of your very own. Even if you sold your home in a short-sale or lost it due to foreclosure this class will show you how you may qualify for a second chance to buy another home.
The class will teach you the mechanics of home buying, securing a mortgage, finding the ideal home, conducting home inspections, title insurance, escrow, the closing process, second chance financing options, and down-payment assistance grants that could help with securing your new home.
