Suffolk, VA - Virginia Housing and Community Development Corporation (VHCDC), in partnership with Virginia Housing and Black BRAND, is proud to announce the return of the Hampton Roads Housing Symposium on Friday, May 22, 2026, at the Suffolk Center for Cultural Arts. This year’s event -The Keys to Wealth - promises to be the most comprehensive and engaging symposium yet, offering first?time homebuyers, real estate professionals, and community members a powerful lineup of education, resources, and networking opportunities.

Building on the success of previous years, VHCDC is expanding the 2026 program with deeper subject?matter sessions, more community partners, and an enhanced resource fair designed to equip attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to achieve sustainable homeownership.

The day includes a Networking & Resource Fair from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, where attendees can meet housing counselors, lenders, real estate professionals, and community partners offering tools and services to support their homeownership journey.
