Suffolk, VA - Virginia Housing and Community Development Corporation (VHCDC) is seeking a dedicated and mission?driven Homeownership Coach to join its growing team and help strengthen pathways to sustainable homeownership across the Hampton Roads region. This new role reflects VHCDC’s continued commitment to empowering first?time buyers, advancing financial stability, and supporting equitable community development.

The Homeownership Coach will work directly with individuals and families to guide them through the essential steps of becoming mortgage?ready. Responsibilities include providing personalized coaching in credit readiness, budgeting, debt management, and navigating the mortgage process. By offering tailored support and practical tools, the Coach will help clients build lasting equity, improve financial resilience, and achieve long?term housing success.
