The community development mission of Virginia Housing and Community Development Corporation (VHCDC) is to educate and empower individuals, families and minority business owners to build wealth, access capital and credit, and achieve home ownership. VHCDC is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt Community Development Corporation (CDC), a U.S. Treasury Certified Community Development Entity (CDE) and HUD approved Local Housing Counseling Agency (#90617).
