For some, education may be a requirement, specifically first-time buyers, borrowers who use nontraditional credit, or borrowers who use down payment and cost savings programs. That’s why Bank of America partners with homebuyer education providers across the U.S. to offer Connect to Own® , an alliance for homeownership. Virginia Housing and Community Development Corporation (VHCDC) is proud to be among those providers. VHCDC provides Financial, Budgeting, and Credit Workshops, Non-Delinquency Post Purchase Workshops, Pre-purchase Counseling, Pre-purchase Homebuyer Education Workshops, Rental Housing Counseling, and Rental Housing Workshops.
