VHCDC announced today the first in a series of fundraisers for the MBE Empowerment Fund. In an effort to provide scholarships to aspiring entrepreneurs and support micro-equity investments in emerging women and minority-owned business, VHCDC is sponsoring the first of several raffles. VHCDC will conduct its first grand prize drawing on March 8, 2018 for $100.00. Two additional prizes will be awarded - a 1st prize of $75.00 and a 2nd prize of $25.00.
