31-33 E Howard St. Hampton, VA

VHCDC intends to rehabilitate and upgrade the property for rental to local veterans and Hampton University students.  VHCDC launched its Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative to revitalize and enhance the quality, affordability, and efficiency of housing in Virginia‚Äôs low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.

According to James R Taylor, VHCDC President, "VHCDC designed its housing development activities to be an integral part of the revitalization and redevelopment of targeted low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, while setting new standards for housing quality, affordability, and energy efficiency.   We once again appreciate the confidence Wells Fargo has demonstrated in our ability to get the job done."
