This in-person course will provide you with the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to turn your home ownership dreams into reality. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including Personal Finance and Budgeting, Credit and Collections, understanding FICO versus Vantage Scores, exploring Mortgage Financing Options, Zero Down-Payment Opportunities, programs for Down-Payment and Closing Cost Assistance, Housing Search Strategies, Seller Negotiation Techniques, Home Inspection Procedures, Purchase Agreement Fundamentals, Home Appraisal and Assessment Insights, interpreting Property Surveys, conducting Title Searches, selecting Homeowner Insurance, navigating Common Interest Communities, understanding the Closing/Settlement process, and much more!

This course consists of two in-person sessions. The first session is Saturday, July 12th from 9am to 5pm. The second session is July 19th from 9am to 5pm. Participants must complete both sessions and the related assignments to receive a Certificate of Completion.
