The Natural Health Expo will be a day of learning and fun with a healthful purpose. You will come away with information/resources to take charge of your health and wellness using clean foods, herbs, and other God-given natural remedies that help our bodies heal themselves. The Expo includes exhibitors, interactive presentations, door prizes, yoga, zumba, and line dancing.
