VHCDC has partnered with Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia (CCEVA) to assist first-time home-buyers. Now, graduates of VHCDC's First-Time Home Buyer Class can receive FREE financial counseling and technical assistance to resolve credit issues impacting their ability to secure favorable terms on mortgage financing. Graduates will be referred to CCEVA on a first-come, first-served basis. Clients requesting assistance will be provided services free-of-charge, except for a nominal charge for credit reports, and may access CCEVA's services throughout Hampton Roads.
