Kali Pettigrew, the owner of Black Light Home Inspection, is a proud 26-year veteran (retired). His mission is to provide quality home inspection services. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Kali served in both the U.S. Army and Navy where he was Chief Engineer for Army Ships. He holds a B.S. in Political Science and a Master's in Teacher Education and taught high school for the Virginia Beach Public Schools.
